A day up north..

Linda wanna build

Started by for once waking up pretty early. Well, that is if a dishwasher-stiff, halfopened eyes and zoombie-awarense can be called awake :-/ But, that me in mornings and after surviving climbing down from bunkbed at roof without breaking any legs or ripping off any female attributes I wobbled down to the big cabin for coffee, enjoying foot bridge and not getting wet feets, niiiice!

Well, enjoying until the halfzombie, wholestiff being went down the step.. *crunch!* Think i just stepped over a cliffsend and made powder of legs..We must have been reaaallly sick of building for me to accept such high steps! *doh*

Grumled over it, drunk some coffe while considering how to change that and got my eyes on wood left and decided that i was a big girl now, know how it could be made and saved by metod, ugly but fast! Started drawing, building with pieces of wood etch to see how i wanted it etch and had a generally blast doing it! Perhaps this could be made before lunch and then picking up relatives for goecashing? Yepp, I AM optimistic/unrealistic *lol*

So, plan was made and tested without any broken legs so it must be alright, didn’t it? All I needed now now was for Anders to wake up so i could start without waking him up. Isn’t he up yet? Drunk some coffee and considered letting him waking up with one cup without building-noice. Isn’t he up yet?  changed and retried plan, isn’t he up yet? He got up 2 minuts after i started considering at leas sawing so forget a calm cup of coffee!

well, at least I didn’t demand him to work. Started building and after some coffee Anders realised it wasn’t pretty (hey! 2 weeks ago i got a confused look if holding a hammer, what do you expect! *lol*) and had me rebuild. Oki..much better looking and so on but also muuuuch longer time doing.. Of cause we where not finished in time for lunch and picking up relatives!

“Treasure hunting” and finding such a sweet heart-warming gift!

Managed to get to relatives, my oncle with his wife and their 12 year old son, in time and off we went! First cash was on an old skimpy grovel road that made me worried it would work with our car. Turned out to be a totally unknowed without sighn from road historical landmark from invasion by the russians in 1809! Cool! A bit odd cash also, was in a fake birdhouse!

Off again and driving round until we got a a tiiiny grovel road from which we had a steep long hike over boulders until we got to it. Was a bit hard to find since koordinated where wrong but found it and it sure was worth it since the view from up there was amazing! And OMG!! The treasure was the sweetest, most heatwarming one could find! Maker of it had made some gifts for the first ones finding it with the cutest note! (se at end) Sure was a bit envious over coisine that got it but was his first so i was happy to let him.

Cooffee and cake and off to next another walk from there. This time Anders went ahead with coisine since the boy had started to grumle of him not finding any and now would get a headstart. Not that it was hard to get ahead since the rest of us truly took chance of putting blueberrys in mouth and just had to stop for awhile when finding some wild rasberrybushes, yummy! And yes, Kid was helped to “find it on his own..” And guess what that one also containded!? Yepp! Another gift with same note! Oki, now i really wanted it so i convinced (read begged) coisine to sacrifice (off cause he will get something in returnlater) a thing to exchange so i also got one.

The note on gift said :

“This is a very special gift, that you can never see.

The reason it’s so special, is it’s just for you from me.

Whenever you are lonely, or even feeling blue.

You only have to hold this gift and know i think of you.

You never can unwrap it, please leave the ribbon tied.

Just hold the box close to your heart,

it’s filled with with love inside.”
