<p style="text-align: left;">* 1 tablespoon tomato puree</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">* A hint of meatbroth (can be skipped for true vegetarian)</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">* Half a can (ca 130 gram) of kidneybeans in chili dressing, I used mark Go Green&#8217;s.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>How to :</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">1/ Chop onion, garlic and pepper and fry in oil in a pan.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">Serve with sour cream mixed with a little guacemoule to rice or couscous or in tortilla bread. breads can also be made to crisps by roasting in owen in 200 degrees celsius for 5 minutes.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">Enjoy!</p>
